Once I have received your email with all required details, I will respond with further details and invoice for payment before starting. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Please insure your picture has great picture quality. Also, please make sure address and if a specific mailing option is preferred. First class shipping is the first choice of shipping depending on quality...we are not responsible for delayed or loss or stolen mail once tracking numbers are issued. If you prefer your package to have insurance please choose priority mail or express shipping for extra free. There is no insurance on first class packages. If your package is lost or stolen...I will then do a postal claim and once investigation is completed will then recover your package to the desired insurance postal claim amount.

VINYL HEAT TRANSFER:
Can be pressed with home iron or heat press machine. 
They can be pressed on light and dark materials. All you need to do is peel the back carrier sheet and press. Instructions will come with the transfers.

SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS: 
THESE NEED TO BE PRESSED WITH A HEAT PRESS, NOT AN IRON. 
THEY NEED TO BE PRESSED ON LIGHT , POLYESTER(at least 60%) MATERIALS. The higher the polyester thread the better the design quality.
